Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, and will be responsible for driving the company's growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, Finance) to ensure effective execution of the company's goals.
Develop and implement long-term strategies to meet company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
Monitor financial and operational performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Lead the company’s digital transformation efforts, optimizing internal processes and implementing new technologies.
Manage the overall organizational structure and ensure alignment between departments for smooth operation and decision-making.
Supervise the development and execution of business plans and budgets to maintain financial health.
Foster a high-performance culture, coaching and developing team members across various departments to maximize their potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
Make key decisions regarding expansion, new product lines, and process improvement to drive business success.
Monitor industry trends and make strategic recommendations to stay ahead of competitors.
Minimum 10 years of experience in executive management or a similar leadership role (preferably within industrial or engineering sectors).Proven experience in operational management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and digital transformation processes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Ability to think strategically and lead the company towards its long-term goals.Demonstrated track record of driving growth and profitability in a business environment.
