  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  • Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals, contracts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for listings.
  • Stay updated on local and regional real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry best practices.
  • Assist clients in understanding legal requirements and financial aspects of property transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s portfolio.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, consultancy, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Professional appearance and demeanor.Willingness to work from the office and attend on-site property visits as required.Living or close to Sheikh Zayed .
