  • A software company specialized in developing Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) solutions. We help organizations streamline HR operations through innovative and user-friendly technology.
  •   Handle customer inquiries and tickets related to HRMS setup and configuration.
  • Configure HRMS modules and ensure proper workflow and policy alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver training sessions and continuous support to help customers use the system effectively.
  • Document all setups, configurations, and resolutions accurately.
  • Suggest system and process improvements based on recurring issues.

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR systems, customer support, or software configuration (preferably SaaS).Good understanding of HR processes and regional labor laws is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Fast learner, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
