Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR systems, customer support, or software configuration (preferably SaaS).Good understanding of HR processes and regional labor laws is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Fast learner, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
