This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist at Cargoway Logistic Freight Forwarding located in Mariottea , Haram , Giza.

Tasks :

-Negotiating and coordinating with shipping lines to obtain competitive freight rates.

-Managing the full shipment process from booking to final delivery.

-Issuing customer invoices and handling account settlements.

-Communicating with overseas agents via online platforms for both air and sea shipments (export/import).

-Preparing and submitting ACID documents on the "NAFEZA" platform

-Handling online data entry and tracking in the NAFEZA system to streamline customs clearance.

-Ensure on time & Pro-Active communication and reports.

-Maintain customer service standards according to the Standard operating procedures, meeting KPIs and timelines .
