Senior Foreign Purchasing Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable international suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for imported materials, machinery, and spare parts.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with foreign vendors.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth import operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance departments to align purchasing needs with project requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering or related field.3- 5 years of experience in foreign purchasing or international procurement (preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment).Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written)Tanta Resident or nearby area is preferred
