  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies during all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and relevant medical advancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences1-4 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
