We are looking for an exceptional Generalist to build the non-technical foundation of our FSM app . We need a Doer who excels at turning business strategy into clean, executable requirements for our technical team.

I. Required Experience & Qualifications (Must-Have):

• 5+ Years Total Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting.
• SaaS/B2B Launch Experience: Prior experience in launching or scaling a B2B SaaS product or a complex operational platform from the ground up.
• Technical Fluency: A track record of direct collaboration with development teams; capable of writing detailed technical requirements and understanding application architecture (APIs, Backend Logic, Cloud structure).
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of an early-stage project (Operations, Finance, Product Scope) simultaneously.

II.Primary Responsibilities & Execution Focus:

• Establish MVP (Minimum Viable Product): Define the exact and final scope of V1.0 features based on competitive analysis and market gaps, ensuring clean requirements for the development phase.
• System Requirements & Documentation: Write clear, detailed User Stories and Technical Specifications for the core FSM features (Scheduling, Dispatching, Invoicing, Payments). This is the key bridge to the technical team.
• Operational & Legal Setup: Execute all founding tasks: company registration, selecting and onboarding essential tech tools (CRM, Project Management), and securing initial legal compliance.
• Financial & Budgeting: Build the initial operational budget, cost model, and revenue forecast (3-6 months).

III. Essential IT & Technical Fluency:

• SaaS & Product Lifecycle: Proven experience in the B2B SaaS environment and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• API & System Logic: Strong familiarity with how APIs, system integrations, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) function, to guide technical decisions effectively.
• Project Management Tools: Mastery of tools like Jira or Notion for organizing requirements, tracking tasks, and managing the overall project roadmap.
• Data-Driven: Ability to use analytics and data modeling to validate product decisions and feature prioritization.
