Union Steel Solutions, a leading company in prefabricated and metal buildings, is hiring a Project Department Manager to manage projects from design to delivery.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and supervisors, oversee production and installation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in metal buildings, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Tekla, AutoCAD, and fabrication processes (welding, galvanizing, painting).Excellent project planning and budgeting skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.PMP or MBA certification is a plus.Work Location: 10th of Ramadan City.
