Export Sales Specialist

  • Execute export sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new international distributors, agents, and clients.
  • Follow up readiness of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment and shipment.
  • Negotiate approved terms of sale, pricing, and delivery with international customers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support efficiently.
  • Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs to promote company products.

              Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in export sales or international business (preferably in same or relevant industry).Languages: Fluency in English.Technical Skills:Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation.Proficiency in MS Office and (preferably ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Soft Skills:Knowledge for international agreement.Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
