- Supervise and lead the quality control team across batching plants and project sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Verify that all concrete mixes comply with customer requirements, standards, and technical specifications.
- Conduct and oversee testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) and concrete (fresh and hardened).
- Monitor batching operations to ensure correct mix proportions and consistency.
- Maintain and calibrate testing and batching equipment.
- Analyze test results and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and statistical data.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and technical departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,Science,Materials Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 7–9 years in Quality Control within the Ready Mix Concrete industry.Strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, or EN standards for concrete materials and testing.Proficiency in mix design, materials testing, and quality documentation.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Familiar with modern batching systems and laboratory management.
