Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client sites.

Supervise and guide a team of recruitment officers.

Coordinate manpower planning and hiring schedules with clients and operations teams.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for blue- and white-collar positions.

Prepare monthly hiring and turnover reports.

Ensure hiring compliance with labor law and internal policies.

Manage onboarding and ensure proper documentation for new hires


Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.1–3 years of experience in blue-collar or mass recruitment (preferably in manufacturing or outsourcing companies).Strong communication and organization skills.Proven experience in mass hiringProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Knowledge of Odoo or HR systems is a plus.The ability to create advertisements on social media platformsDay Off : FraidayWorking Hours : from 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
