- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure objectives are met.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of important documents.
- Support executives in personal tasks and errands as needed to optimize their productivity.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
2-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests.Strong sense of initiative and reliability.
