Lead end-to-end ERPNEXT implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and user training.
Customize ERPNEXT modules to align with client business needs.
Technical & Functional Support:

Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Ensure system performance by identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations.
Client Collaboration:

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored solutions.
Ability to understand the client’s functional requirement and should be able to communicate clearly into actionable solutions.
Solve client issues through site visits or remote support.
System Maintenance:

Ensure the integrity of ERPNEXT systems and databases through proper procedures.
Test and deploy updates to maintain system efficiency.
