Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Accurately record client data in the company’s system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s degree.Males only.1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.
