  • Study the project contract documents. 
  • Preparing Reviewing and modified electrical designs, load estimations, panel schedules, calculation and single line diagrams. 
  • Prepared, checked, and approved bills of quantity (BOQ). 
  • Preparing required shop drawings for all systems.
  • Reviewing and coordinate the shop drawings with the subcontractors. 
  • Managed the preparation and approval of as-built drawings.
  • Issued RFIs/RFPs to address discrepancies or conflicts in project documents.
  • Prepare and follow up the variation orders. 
  • Supervised subcontractors-outsources to ensure job completion
  • Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report.
  • Conducting and organizing quantity survey data for various projects.
  • Assisted in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Managed material approval, testing, and receipt processes. 
  • Conducted off-site inspections of electrical equipment and materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Planned and managed timely delivery of all necessary technical documents and drawings. 
  • Follow up execution of work at site and provide the site with the necessary technical information.
  • Preparing purchase requests and determining the site’s needs.
  • Participated in project meetings, providing thorough clarifications and technical insights.
  • Ensured adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
