What you'll be doing   
- Lead and manage the financial operations for the travel retail business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to monitor business performance.
- Provide financial insights to support commercial strategy, pricing, and category management decisions.
- Oversee accounting functions including payables, receivables, and reconciliations in line with corporate standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Develop and monitor sales and expense KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize margins, promotions, and cost structures.
- Support management in investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
What you’ll need to succeed   
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA is highly desirable.
- 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in retail, travel retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of retail financial dynamics (sales reporting, margin analysis, stock management).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
