  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Sani Pure’s products, services, and promotions to customers and potential clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and logistics to address customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
