- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across all foundry operations.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, environmental standards, and industrial safety requirements.
- Lead accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to build awareness and commitment.
- Coordinate with Factory Management to ensure full integration of HSE principles in daily operations.
- Maintain documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Proven track record of developing and implementing HSE management systems and policies.Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.Experience in managing emergency response and crisis situations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, operational environment.Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
