Sales Engineer

 

  • Engage with clients to understand their furniture needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Oranjee Furniture’s product range, highlighting features, benefits, and sustainable materials.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to architects, interior designers, and end customers.
  • Support the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product installation or use.

Preferably a resident of October1-2 years of experience in sales engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of furniture products, materials, and design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in an office-based setting with occasional client site visits.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto Cad , 3Ds Max software.Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Preferably a resident of October
