About VisaTier (VT)
VT is a British immigration and investment consultancy operating in the UK, Ireland, Spain, UAE, and the Pacific region.
For 15 years, we’ve been helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors obtain residency and citizenship through investment and business programs.
We are now building a Sales Qualification Team in Cairo and hiring English-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify international leads for our Ireland and Vanuatu programs.
Your Mission
You will speak with potential clients who have already shown interest (no cold calling).
Your task is to:
- Engage leads via phone and WhatsApp in clear, professional English.
- Qualify clients based on needs, budget, and readiness.
- Present the benefits of our programs (training provided).
- Book consultations (“diagnostics”) with our immigration experts.
- Record notes and results in our CRM (Bitrix24).

Skills
Requirements
- Excellent English (C1 or strong B2+) — clear pronunciation and confident communication.
- Previous experience in telesales, SDR, or customer communication (1+ year preferred).
- Ability to follow a structured qualification script and handle objections.
- Stable internet (≥20 Mbps), good headset, quiet working environment.
- Strong discipline and motivation to achieve daily goals.
