Quality Manager (For Processed & Frozen Meat Products)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our leadership team in a processed and frozen meat products factory. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in meat processing quality systems, food safety management, and regulatory compliance.
This is a key position responsible for ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency.


Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, and GMP standards.Lead and supervise QA and QC teams to ensure consistent monitoring and control at all production stages from raw materials to finished frozen products.Manage and monitor food safety programs, allergen controls, and microbiological testing processes.Oversee cold chain integrity and ensure quality is maintained throughout freezing, storage, and distribution.Conduct regular internal audits, supplier audits, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Investigate quality issues, manage non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Work closely with production, R&D, and maintenance teams to enhance product quality, shelf life, and process efficiency.Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Meat Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within a processed or frozen meat production environment.In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, GMP, and other relevant food safety systems.Proven leadership and team development experience.Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in [English/Arabic].
