Marketing Manager

We are searching for a creative Marketing Manager to lead the growth and market penetration strategy for our distinctive coffee brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual and long-term marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty.

Brand Management: Oversee the brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials are consistently aligned with the brand's values, voice, and unique selling proposition.

Digital and Content Marketing: Manage all digital marketing channels (social media, website, email), and develop compelling, innovative content centered around coffee culture and our products.

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate product launch campaigns and promotional offers.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the marketing budget to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).


Qualifications and Skills Required: A minimum of [3 - 5 years] of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Retail, or specialized coffee industry.Proven track record in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand development initiatives.Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads).Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a marketing team and external agencies.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
