Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Call Quality Auditor to join our team. Your role will be to listen to recorded sales calls and demo sessions and evaluate them based on our internal sales framework. Your feedback will directly impact the performance and training of our sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to sales calls and product demo recordings regularly.
  • Evaluate each call based on our predefined sales quality framework (e.g., rapport building, discovery, objection handling, product presentation, closing, etc.).
  • Provide detailed feedback and scoring per call using our provided template.
  • Identify patterns, red flags, or opportunities for coaching and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales lead and training team on feedback and calibration.

Prior experience in sales, sales coaching, sales enablement, or call auditing (SaaS or HR tech experience preferred).Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.Excellent listening, note-taking, and analytical skills.Ability to give clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
