- Actively engage with walk-in and prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable golf cart models and configurations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
- Promote value-added products and services through upselling and cross-selling based on customer profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process using the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, managing returns or exchanges, and coordinating warranty services in line with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in automotive, mobility, or relative fields.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and different branch locations as needed.Passion for mobility solutions and customer experience excellence.
