Administrative Specialist

Key responsibilities:
. Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, data entry, and internal documentation
· Fluent English Speaker is a Must
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
· Arrange and coordinate transportation and travel logistics for staff and visitors
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
· Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
· Provide support to Operations teams as needed


Key skills and experience required:· Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (2+ years preferred)· Strong organizational and time management skills· Excellent written and verbal communication·  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
