• Apply semi, finished product chemical analysis
• Analyze for prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk and cheese
• Analyze for finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk and cheese
• Analyze for the CIP chemicals
• Conduct environmental analysis
• Apply safety Practices in work place and full compliance with GLP principles
• Apply data analysis and report results to lab supervisor/ lead
Bachelor Degree of Science or agriculture science (Dairy technology). Minimum 1-3 years in Chemical laboratory, Preferred with FMCG companies.
