- Keep detailed records of all IT assets across the organization, including type, acquisition date, current user, warranty end date, cost, depreciation timeline (if applicable), and disposal or storage location.
- Maintain and update a database of software licenses — including type, assigned user or device, cost, vendor, and compliance with license limits or requirements.
- Maintain a register of IT-related contracts (mainly service contracts), including contract details, renewal dates, costs, and vendor information.
- Track the progress of new contracts through various functions such as Business, Legal, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring timely completion and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on IT assets, licenses, and contract status for management review.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate asset and contract data alignment.
- Support audits related to IT assets, licenses, or vendor contracts
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in asset management, IT administration, or contract coordination.Very good in EnglishStrong organizational and record-keeping skills.Good understanding of IT hardware and software basics.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset tracking systems.Excellent communication and coordination skills
