What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify learning priorities across travel retail locations.
• Create, communicate, and implement the annual training calendar in alignment with business needs.
• Research, gather, and adapt brand and product training materials, in collaboration with Group L&D, to meet the specific needs of the travel retail environment.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of brand heritage, new collections, seasonal launches, and novelties, and ensure teams are trained accordingly.
• Deliver engaging training programs focused on: Product knowledge (History, bestsellers, novelties).
• Grooming standards and professional presentation.
• Guest experience tailored to diverse and multicultural passengers.
• Sales techniques for high-traffic, time-sensitive retail environments (upselling, cross-selling, and conversion).
• Support the onboarding of new joiners with structured induction and integration programs.
• Deliver refresher and advanced training modules to upskill existing staff and senior sales team members.
• Leverage Group’s digital tools to digitalize and enhance training delivery.
• Provide regular reports to management on training effectiveness and recommend areas for improvements
• Impact of training initiatives by linking them to business results as uplifting in sales, higher customer satisfaction scores and lower retention for employees.
• Ensure all training programs are incorporate of the Airport regulations, security procedures and duty-free compliance.
What you’ll need to succeed
Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training roles, ideally within luxury retail, fashion,
beauty, or travel retail.
• Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Reinforce adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements across all training deliveries.
• Develop future trainers, supervisors and champions to build internal capability and sustain a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Provide in-store coaching, role modelling, and real-time feedback to reinforce training.
• Cascade seasonal brand messages and key business
updates to frontline teams.
• Support store performance during peak seasons by stepping in to coach, motivate, and guide staff on the sales floor.
• Act as a brand ambassador in both internal and external events, inspiring teams through professionalism and excellence.
• Conduct learner evaluations and measure training effectiveness using feedback, observation, and performance data.
• Analyze training outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend new methods, tools, or approaches to enhance the learning experience.
• Adapt training delivery to the unique dynamics of airport retail, including:
• High passenger flow and short interaction windows.
• Multicultural and multilingual customer base.
• Irregular schedules, operational constraints, and fast turnarounds.
• Demonstrate flexibility by responding to last-minute training needs or business priorities.
• Consistently go the extra mile to support both people development and business performance
