We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance & Food Safety to join our team. The role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the implementation of international and local quality standards across all company operations. You will oversee the application of ISO systems, internal audits, hygiene programs, waste management, and food safety requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in safeguarding product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with international standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Science.5 to 8 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety.Strong knowledge of international standards including:ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC for Packaging.Familiarity with Total Quality Management systems and 5S methodology.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Excellent computer skills. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with international quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC).Maintain and update ISO-related documents and records.Plan and execute internal audit programs across all departments.Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with company goals.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to identify and resolve recurring issues.Supervise hygiene and pest control programs in the factory.Monitor organizational and operational compliance with international standards.Oversee waste management and material segregation processes.Train and raise awareness among employees on safety, hygiene, and quality practices.Act as the Food Safety Team Leader in the absence of the QA Manager.
