HR Personnel Supervisor

  • Supervise and manage the personnel function, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Oversee employee files, contracts, and documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and probationary periods while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Handle social insurance processes including new hires, terminations, and employee status updates.
  • Manage governmental relations (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, etc.).
  • Support audits and internal reviews with complete and organized HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR management to ensure smooth operations of personnel-related activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of solid experience in HR personnel.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).V. Good in English language.
