Evolve Middle East, the outsourced operations partner for Royal Care (mobile car-wash services in KSA), is hiring a Dispatch & Operations Coordinator based in Egypt (working on KSA hours).
The role involves planning daily driver routes, managing customer interactions via WhatsApp and phone, and ensuring accurate end-of-day sales and duty records.
What you’ll do
Build the daily route plan for drivers (cluster by area/time, update live when plans change).
Answer WhatsApp Business & calls: confirm/reschedule bookings, solve issues, and upsell suitable add-ons.
Enter sales, payments, and duty times on Excel/Google Sheets; close the day with an accurate report.
Open & follow up complaints to resolution ≤ 24h, coordinating with field supervisors.
Work hour-to-hour with Ops Lead & Field Supervisor to keep scheduled vs. actual aligned.
Maintain clean records (contacts, bookings, cancellations, notes) and share a quick EOD summary.
Performance anchors
WhatsApp reply time ≤ 30 min in working hours.
On-time service adherence ≥ 90% within ±15 min window.
Data completeness/accuracy ≥ 99% at day close.
CSAT ≥ 4.6/5; steady booking conversion from inbound inquiries.
Schedule
Full-time, KSA core hours (roughly 09:30–18:30 KSA / 08:30–17:30 Cairo) with rotating weekend support.
2–5 years in dispatch/operations or customer support in a fast-moving environment.Solid Excel/Sheets: Pivot, (X)LOOKUP, basic data cleaning/validation.Confident WhatsApp Business use (labels/templates), clear phone etiquette.Organized, calm under pressure, and good at prioritizing many moving parts.Arabic (native-level) + workable English; basic geography awareness of KSA cities helps.Flexible for shift rotation/occasional overtime aligned to KSA operations.Nice to have: light sales/upsell skills; familiarity with car-care services.
