  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
  2. Channel Management:
    Oversee sell-in to distributors and drive sell-out through retail partners to maximize market penetration.
  3. Market Intelligence:
    Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, key accounts, and retailers, to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Business Development:
    Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach and enhance brand presence.
  6. Customer Support Coordination:
    Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints by liaising with after-sales and service teams.
  7. Trade Promotion Execution:
    Support the rollout of trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and installment offers to boost sales.
  8. Inventory Monitoring:
    Track and manage stock levels at dealer warehouses using PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) monitoring tools to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
