Job Title: Quality Control Specialist – Rice Trading

Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of rice delivered from mills before market distribution. The role focuses on the final stage of quality control—verifying that outsourced packaging and product standards comply with company requirements, customer expectations, and international food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect received rice batches (moisture, broken percentage, color, impurities, aroma).
- Verify packaging quality, labeling accuracy, and barcode readability.
- Prepare quality reports for each shipment; approve or reject batches.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Experience Level: Mid-level
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of quality control experience (preferably in rice or grains).Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.Strong skills in inspection, documentation, and communication.Must reside in El Mansoura, Egypt.
