- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of men’s casual wear products.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
