Lead and participate in testing teams across various projects. Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand business and technical requirements. Develop and execute testing strategies tailored to project needs. Recommend and utilise appropriate automated testing tools. Define and monitor testing performance metrics. Provide expert guidance on testing activities and manage testing risks. Present testing proposals to stakeholders and clients. Assess and improve current testing practices and standards. Stay updated on emerging testing tools and technologies. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation. Ensure compliance with TMMi Level 3 processes. Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget. Support onboarding and orientation of new team members. Make technical Go/No-Go decisions and ensure efficiency targets are met. Oversee the quality of deliverables and procurement processes. 8-10 years of experience in software testing. Strong understanding of software testing theories and procedures. Experience with web-based applications and basic database administration. Proficient in industry-standard test management tools such as HP ALM and IBM Rational. Skilled in functional test automation tools like HP UFT and IBM Rational Functional Tester. Experienced in performance testing tools including HP Performance Center and IBM Rational Performance Tester. Familiarity with security testing tools such as ALM Security Center and IBM Rational AppScan. Certified in Agile testing and proficient in ALM. Holds ISEB/ISTQB certifications: Foundation, Test Analyst, and Test Manager. Knowledge of TMMi framework; PMP certification is a plus.
