 Job Brief:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, A sales representative is a professional who establishes and manages Client relationships. They are their point of contact, and they lead the Client from the initial outreach to the purchase.

 

Role Description:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the Educational sector to achieve revenue targets.
  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Minimum of 2 years and up to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Educational, Schools or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, hybrid work schedule.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
