We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling accounting tasks, VAT filing, and HR responsibilities, UAE experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions
Maintain and reconcile financial records using Zoho Books
Prepare and file VAT returns
Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries as needed
Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring
HR:
Manage employee records and attendance
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate HR documentation and policies
Handle basic payroll and leave calculations
Requirements:Proficiency in Zoho Books is a mustExperience with VAT filing and UAE accounting standardsAt least 2-3 years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and HR functionsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred:Previous experience in the UAE is a plus Knowledge of UAE labor laws
