Payroll Accountant

● Process and manage the company’s payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.

Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and tax laws.

● Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, and leave balances in
   cooperation with the Human Resources Department

● Prepare and submit payroll reports, reconciliations, and summaries to management and relevant
   authorities.

● Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits
    administration.

● Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

● Calculate and process bonuses, overtime, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.

● Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll statements and tax filings.

● Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.

● Continuously review and improve payroll processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll accounting or a similar role.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Effective communication skills for liaising with employees and management.Problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll discrepancies.Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
