- Responsible for recruitment needs including searching for the right calibers (white and blue collars), handling interviewing and evaluation processes.
- Responsible for SAP HR Modules.
- Works on solutions design, builds and implements the systems.
- Follow up and review all personnel and transaction reports.
- Follow up and maintain all the employee's database on SAP.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- update and record HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization & sources of job dissatisfaction.
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably FMCG previous experience .Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
