-Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local & international).
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
-Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to craft compelling proposals and integrated solutions.
-Lead pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company objectives.
-Track market trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to strategic growth planning.
-Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of clients to account and project teams.
 


 •Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role within a marketing, creative, or media agency.•A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing strategic deals.•Strong understanding of marketing and digital services (campaigns, branding, digital strategy, etc.).•Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).•Proficient in CRM or pipeline tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).•Self-driven, persuasive, and excellent at time management.•Residing in (or open to relocating to) 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.
