- Conduct and oversee quality control tests, inspections, and audits on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Review, analyze, and interpret test results, identifying deviations and ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
- Prepare, review, and approve QC documentation, reports, and certificates of analysis.
- Investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities, recommending and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Train, mentor, and support junior QC specialists and technicians.
- Participate in internal and external audits, representing the QC function.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain proper calibration and validation of QC instruments and laboratory equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, analytical techniques, and regulatory standards.Experience with ISO 9001, or related quality systems.Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
