Sales Supervisor

-The Outdoor Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving field sales performance, leading a team of fashion sales representatives, and ensuring Gahez visibility and customer engagement across assigned territories. This role bridges strategic sales planning with hands-on execution, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion. 


• Lead and motivate outdoor sales teams to achieve monthly and seasonal targets • Develop and execute territory-based sales plans aligned with Gahez objectives • Conduct daily briefings, itinerary planning, and performance reviews • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy • Resolve customer issues and support reps in overcoming sales obstacles • Ensure consistent brand representation across all field activities • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams for campaign alignment • Train new hires on sales techniques, brand guidelines, and operational cycles • Report on KPIs, sales funnel progress, and team performance to senior management
