  • Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure financial stability and compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project financing and investment decisions.
  • Advise management on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.

Up to 20 years of proven experience in a financial management or related finance role.Real Estate background is a must.Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience supervising staff.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
