- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures for the garment section to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and training to maintain high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify, document, and resolve quality issues in cutting, embroidery, printing, and sewing processes.
- Collaborate with production, technical, and inventory teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Analyze quality data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all finished garments meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements before shipment.
- Coordinate with external auditors and clients during quality inspections and certification processes.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to garment manufacturing.
