What you will do Ensure the availability and reliability of applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. Lead system migrations, upgrades, and integrations, making strategic decisions on tooling, automation, and deployment. Own incident and problem resolution, prioritising cases based on SLA impact and business criticality. Define and enforce DevOps best practices, including monitoring, automation, and documentation. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage escalations, implement fixes, and drive long-term improvements. Proven experience in system integration and implementation of DevOps tools. Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and APIGEE. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in UNIX/Linux administration and IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy). Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus, SonarQube (highly preferable). Familiarity with AWS and Remedy is a plus. ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. Skilled in updating technical documentation and maintaining team knowledge bases. Capable of managing multiple open cases simultaneously based on agreed service levels.
