- Source and identify reliable international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with foreign vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end international order process, from request to delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee international shipping and logistics (air, sea, land).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Handle all import/export documentation accurately (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
- Track orders and manage communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues that arise, such as shipping delays, customs holds, or quality discrepancies.
- Monitor currency exchange rates and their impact on purchasing costs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international partners.
Proven experience in international purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.Strong understanding of international trade procedures and Incoterms.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office.Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a major plus.Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
