• Strategically manage multiple warehouses in line with the company's policies and overall vision, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.
• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials and products efficiently and accurately.
• Design and update warehouse layout plans to ensure optimal space utilization and operational flow.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant warehousing, handling, transportation, and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workplace health, safety, hygiene, and security across all warehouse areas.
• Monitor and control inventory movements and reconcile data with the ERP system (e.g., Odoo) with high accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports on inventory performance (e.g., inbound/outbound status, dead stock, shrinkage, damaged goods).
• Develop and manage the annual warehouse budget while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules, assign responsibilities to warehouse teams, and evaluate performance.
• Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of warehouse staff.
• Monitor feedback from other departments and ensure service quality and responsiveness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and optimize warehouse processes.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in industrial or metal manufacturing environments.In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple warehouse locations and large warehouse teams effectively.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software (preferably Odoo or similar platforms).Solid understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse layout optimization, and materials handling.Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and the ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive operational improvements.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.Preferably residing in or near Abu Zaabal,  due to work location requirements
