- Carry out daily quality control operations across production lines.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Document test results and prepare technical reports.
- Investigate quality issues and support in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 22000 / HACCP).
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
Education: B.Sc. in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent field).Experience: 1–2 years in a quality control role (preferably in the food industry).Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing techniques.Good command of English (written and spoken).High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
