About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, while also supporting Performance Management and Training & Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate training programs and support the development of training plans.
- Prepare reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition.Exposure to Performance Management and Training & Development.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.PHRi certification or other recognized HR certification is a strong plus.Proficiency in English (spoken & written).Hands-on experience with HR Systems / ATS (is a plus)
