Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction / finishing worksStrong ability to interpret drawings, manage site execution, and ensure quality and compliance with specificationsExperience supervising site teams, monitoring progress, and solving technical & field issuesProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; familiarity with project scheduling tools is a plusExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
